If the weather is bad and the bouncy castle isn't hired we will reimburse you the full amount. We believe this is only fair given that no one can really predict the weather!

With a couple of adults setting it up - it will take approximately 10 minutes to lay it out, peg it down for safety, attach the blower to the back and plug it into power. The castle will inflate within 2-3 minutes. Nice and easy!

Where can a bouncy castle be set up?

The castle must be on grass and not over concrete or hard surfaces. This is mostly for health and safety reasons, and you cannot peg it down if it's on a hard surface. Our #1 priority is for the kids to be as safe as possible.

The castle must not be placed over any sharp objects such as glass or a lot of stones.

What type of vehicle do I need when picking up?

You must have a medium-large trailer, van or ute. The castle is reasonably large when packed down, and is best lifted by two people. please always bring 2  people when collecting and dropping off.
